Request, prioritize, improve.

MarketStream uses a focused request-and-queue model to keep website work organized, consistent, and always moving forward.

  1. Choose the right plan.

Start with the plan that fits the current level of website support needed — Core for focused async support, Studio for premium high-touch support, or Enterprise for a custom long-term workflow.

  2. Submit website requests.

When the business needs a new page, revision, mobile fix, landing page, or any other website improvement, submit a request through the agreed request system. There is no limit on how many requests can be submitted.

  3. MarketStream organizes the queue.

Submitted requests are reviewed, organized, and prioritized into the active queue. Core processes one active request at a time. Studio processes two. Enterprise uses a custom workflow.

  4. Active requests are designed and improved.

MarketStream works through the active queue — designing, revising, and refining each request. Feedback is incorporated as part of the process. When a request is complete, the next one moves forward.

  5. The website keeps improving.

As requests are completed, new ones move into the active queue. The website becomes clearer, stronger, and more useful over time — instead of falling behind as the business evolves.

How the queue works.

Submit Anytime

Requests can be submitted whenever there is a website need. No waiting for meeting windows or approval slots.

Active Slots

Core includes one active request slot. Studio includes two. Active slots determine how many requests are in progress at the same time.

Turnaround

Turnaround depends on plan, request size, feedback speed, and asset availability. Estimates are communicated per request.

What counts as a request?

A standard request is one focused website task: a page concept, landing page, section redesign, mobile polish update, copy and layout revision, or similar. Larger requests may be split into multiple queue items. MarketStream will communicate when this is the case.
